The Auto Glass Week™ 2012 seminar line-up has been finalized and posted on the event website. Auto Glass Week will be held in Louisville, Ky., at the Louisville Marriott Downtown and the Kentucky International Convention Center, this September 20-22. The Exhibition/Extravaganza will be held September 21-22 and includes the repair and replacement competitions.

Auto Glass Week seminars start on Thursday, September 20 at 2:30 p.m. ET with the Welcoming and Opening Session. The seminar schedule will continue through Saturday, September 22 at 5:00 p.m. ET.

Special sessions will include a keynote presentation from Captain Richard Phillips, who was captured by Somali pirates in 2009 when they attacked and boarded the ship he was commanding, the Maersk Alabama. The ship was a container ship ferrying food aid to East Africa when it was attacked by the small band of pirates on April 8. To protect his crew, Captain Phillips offered himself as a hostage and spent five days on a lifeboat with the pirates before being rescued by Navy SEAL snipers.

Kelly McDonald, a marketing and advertising expert and considered one of the nation's top experts in multicultural marketing and consumer trends, will also be presenting on "Customer Service - How to Keep Customers Rushing Back for More." She will explain the latest techniques that innovative companies are using today to train their staff to deliver exceptional customer service, specific strategies and tactics, do's and don'ts, and much more.
