The Glass Dealers Association of Saskatchewan Inc. (GDAS) will hold its annual general meeting and an auto glass replacement competition next Saturday, May 3, at the Saskatchewan Government Insurance Claim Center in Saskatoon. Currently, the competition has seven registered contestants, who were nominated by their various employers. There will be four judges on-site to review the contestants' work as they complete a windshield installation. The contest winner will travel to the Auto Glass Technician Olympics (AGTO) in Las Vegas this November. The rules and format of the competition will follow that of AGTO as well. The AGTO will be held November 7-8 at the Mandalay Convention Center in Las Vegas, as part of Auto Glass Week in Las Vegas. CLICK HERE for more information on the GDAS. CLICK
