Former Bronze Medalist Returns to AGTO After a Three-Year Break

Randy Chadwick of Glasspro Inc. in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., will return to the Auto Glass Technician Olympics (AGTO) this year after a three-year break from the competition. Chadwick, who has been in the business for approximately 18 years, competed in 2005 in the First Annual Auto Glass Technician Olympics in Las Vegas and finished in third place. Now, he's preparing to return again.

"I'm definitely practicing the training as often as possible," he says."

Chadwick and his wife, Susi, have a 17-year-old son and a 14-year-old daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and golf.

As for advice for others, he shares two simple words: "Be prepared."
