Police Searching for Red Vehicle with Possible Windshield Damage
Involved in Hit-and-Run

Police in Chicago are searching for the driver of a small red car,
which likely has a broken windshield, suspected to have been involved
in a hit-and-run on Friday. The vehicle also is missing its front
bumper.
According to an article in the Pantagraph, the vehicle struck
and killed a 24-year-old man as he attempted to cross the city's
Lake Shore Drive.
The victim was identified as an environmental lab chemist, Joseph
LaPalme, a native of West Bloomfield, Mich.
