Five New Auto Glass DOT Numbers Added

The Department of Transportation (DOT) has awarded five new DOT numbers in the last month-four to U.S. manufacturers and one to a company based in China.

DOT No. 929 was assigned to AGC-Jacksonville Plant in Jacksonville, Fla., which is part of AGC Flat Glass North America. (CLICK HERE for more information.)

DOT No. 930 was assigned to Wenzhou Ouhai Motor Organic Plastic Parts Factory in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China.

Standard Bent Glass in East Butler, Pa., has been awarded DOT No. 931. The company manufactures a variety of glass types, including transparent armor glass for use in military vehicles. (CLICK HERE for more information.)

The DOT has assigned DOT No. 932 to General Glass Co. in Portland, Ore.

Finally, Pro Master Inc., which makes parts for golf carts, including windshields, has been assigned DOT No. 933. The company is based in Kannapolis, N.C. (CLICK HERE for more information.
