Finch Joins HSG as General Counsel

HSG|CodeBlueTM has appointed Julie Finch as its general counsel. Finch has been serving in various contract capacities with the company since 2005.

Finch began her legal career as in-house counsel for Honeywell, serving as an intellectual property attorney for more than ten years. Additionally, she was with the Minnesota Attorney General's Office and was an active partner at both Rider Bennett and Hinshaw & Culbertson.

Finch also has served as an adjunct clinical law professor for the Business Law Clinic at William Mitchell College of Law, and the adjunct professor teaching Business Law at the University of St. Catherine.
