Glass Doctor Awards Rookies of the Year

Glass Doctor recently named two Rookies of the Year. The U.S. award
went to Justin Eimers of the Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls franchise
In addition, Glass Doctor honored Joe and Wendy Barrieau of the
Glass Doctor of Kawartha Lakes franchise with the 2009 Canadian
Rookie of the Year Award. Both awards were given during the company's
2010 Annual Reunion Conference in San Antonio.
The Rookie of the Year Award is given to Glass Doctor franchisees
who demonstrate outstanding performance in sales and building their
franchises during their first full year of operation.
Eimers started Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls in February 2008 and
also was among the top 10 percent of franchisees who earned the
Top Gun designation, which recognizes outstanding sales, manpower
growth, personal growth and franchise development for the prior

"Justin Eimers is a great example of an overwhelmed self-employed
auto glass technician who made the successful jump to owning his
own business," says Mark Dawson, president of Glass Doctor.
"Justin realized he had to work on his business, not in his
business, and it has made a huge difference.Despite an economic
recession for the past two years, Justin opened his first shop and
then outgrew it and opened a second shop. That growth is a tribute
to Justin's great work ethic and the outstanding performance of
The Barrieaus opened the first Glass Doctor franchise in Canada
in January 2009.
"Joe and Wendy Barrieau have such a great spirit in them,
to rise to the challenge of being pioneers by adding a full-service
glass franchise to their successful auto body business," says
Dawson. "We are extremely proud of their achievements in such
a relatively short amount of time. We have added 10 more franchise
owners in Canada, and we can confidently point them to Glass Doctor
of Kawartha Lakes as the example of what the Glass Doctor system
should look like."
