Mechanix launched its new Daytona Auto Glass Repair System at the
NASCAR Nationwide Series race in Daytona on Friday. The company
sponsored Rusty Wallace Racing's Number 62 car, driven by Brenden
Gaughan, at the race. Glass Mechanix also launched its newly designed
website, www.glassmechanix.com, during the race.
"The new brand for our products focuses on a racing theme,
which really lines up with our policy on giving our customers everything
they need to win in the marketplace," says John Kiland, owner
of Glass Mechanix. "The new Daytona Auto Glass Repair System
incorporates the latest in glass repair technology and gives business
owners a great
option for taking their business to the next level."
Developed based on the latest research in glass repair science,
the Daytona System was designed to give glass repair professionals
performance and speed. It includes a newly designed bridge which
offers heightened precision and adjustability, and two-stage resin
injector technology, which delivers twice the vacuum and uses half
the resin of comparable screw-thread injectors.
Glass Mechanix's original auto glass repair system will still be
available, and has been rebranded as the Sprint Auto Glass Repair
System. In addition, Glass Mechanix premiered its new IG glass repair
system, which removes fog and restores clarity to insulated glass.
