Glasspro Names Watson CSR
Vilma Watson has recently joined Glasspro in Charleston, S.C.,
as a bilingual customer service representative. Watson's responsibilities
include order processing, customer service, pricing, inventory,
administrative and job order follow-up.
Prior to joining Glasspro, Watson was employed as a customer service
representative for a medical billing company.
"Vilma's language skills, including Spanish, will be a major
asset to helping us assist our growing number of Spanish speaking
customers," says Glassspro president Paul Heinauer.
