Esurance Expands Online Offerings Through HSG Partnership

Esurance and HSG have announced a new service that will enable Esurance policyholders to report their auto glass claims online. The new Online Claims Reporting application involved the integration of HSG's systems with the Esurance Policy Management System (XPM), and is part of a larger initiative to provide Esurance customers the ability to have more control of the claims process by allowing policyholders to report numerous types of claims and be able to track the progress of their claims online.

"Partnering with Esurance in the development of this new online reporting capability demonstrates how two companies, leading the insurance industry in delivering innovative solutions, can work together to bring stronger and more comprehensive online services to policyholders across the country. The end result will enhance the overall claim experience for Esurance policyholders by providing multiple channels to report auto glass claims."
