2009 AGTO Silver Medalist Hamilton to Compete in WRO Next Week

Greg Hamilton, who took home the silver medal in last year’s Auto Glass Technician Olympics, will compete in the Fifth Annual Walt Gorman Memorial Windshield Repair Olympics next week in Las Vegas. Hamilton, 34, is based in North Charleston, S.C., and has 12 years’ industry experience.

Hamilton has one daughter, Alani. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing.

The WRO will be held October 11-12 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The competition's corporate sponsors include platinum sponsor GlasWeld, along with diamond sponsor HSG, and emerald sponsors SuperGlass Windshield Repair and Glass Doctor. The competition also is sponsored by AGRR magazine and the National Windshield Repair Association.
