Ohio Casualty Group Selects LYNX Services to Manage DRP Repairs, Desk Audits and Car Rental

PITTSBURGH, June 16, 2004 - LYNX Services announced today in a press release that it has become the exclusive national provider of automotive physical damage (APD) repair management services for Ohio Casualty Group. The LYNX managed repair services include the LYNX Select(tm) direct repair program (DRP), estimate auditing and rental car concierge.

LYNX Services began facilitating Ohio Casualty's APD claim repairs in late 2003 for the Lexington, Ky., and Raleigh, N.C., regions, and in early 2004 for the Denver, Lombard, Ill., and Voorhees, N.J., regions.On June 1, Ohio Casualty awarded LYNX its largest region, Cincinnati, adopting LYNX as its countrywide provider for these services.

LYNX Services connects Ohio Casualty adjusters and customers with a national selection of qualified repair shops via a web-based portal, allowing for easy dispatch and retrieval of repair estimates and images, Towler said. The repair facilities can use the estimating system of their choice. This makes it easier for the facilities to do business with LYNX Services and supports Ohio Casualty Group's ease-of-doing-business strategy for its agents and policyholders. Customer surveys confirm that Ohio Casualty, LYNXSelect repair facilities and vehicle owners all benefited from this approach.

LYNX Services' relationship with Ohio Casualty started in January 2002, when LYNX Services was awarded countrywide auto glass claims management in all six of the group's claims regions.
