Pilkington Purchases Old Dominion Glass Locations in Virginia

Pilkington North America has purchased two Virginia locations of Old Dominion Glass, according to information posted on Old Dominion's former website, www.odglass.com. The site directs customers to contact the new Pilkington locations in Richmond, Va., and Norfolk, Va.

"Our customer service representatives will be able to take your order and provide you with login information for the Pilkington e-Commerce system," reads information from the company. "Thanks for your support and we look forward to servicing your business with OE quality glass and accessories."

Neither Pilkington North America nor Old Dominion Glass officials had responded to glassBYTEs.com™/AGRR magazine's calls for comment at press time.

This is not the first purchase Pilkington has made from Old Dominion Glass; last September, it purchased the distributor's Roanoke, Va., location, and prior to that had purchased similar locations in South Carolina (CLICK HERE for related story).
