Safelite Solutions Promotes Two
Mark Hatfield, an area sales manager for Safelite Solutions in Fredericksburg,
Va., and Bev Rook, a regional sales manager based in Kansas City, Mo.,
have been promoted to national account managers by Safelite Solutions.
They will be responsible for developing new accounts and building relationships
with insurance companies that have existing vehicle glass programs with
Safelite Solutions. Hatfield will be responsible for the eastern United
States while Rook will handle the western United States.

individuals as Bev and Mark in these leadership roles," says Pete
Pearson, senior vice president, client sales and support for Belron US,
parent company of Safelite Solutions. "Today more than ever our partnerships
with insurance companies are vital as we continue to provide outstanding
service to our customers across the country."
Hatfield brings more than 25 years of sales and account management experience
to the position and has been with Safelite Solutions since 1999. He recently
participated in an initiative to help increase annual sales in his area
by more than 50 percent in the insurance, commercial and wholesale segments.
Hatfield previously served as area sales manager for Safelite Solutions
and was recognized in 2007 as the national leader in sales growth in wholesale
and commercial accounts and the east coast leader in property and casualty
client claims processing.
Rook has been with Safelite Solutions for 14 years, during which she has
served as an area sales manager, district manager, national event manager
and regional sales manager.
