Service King Acquires Wade Auto Body

Texas-based Service King Collision Repair Centers has announced
its completed purchase of three locations of Waco, Texas-based Wade
Auto Body. Service King anticipates the deal will be finalized before

to 63 locations in North America; 55 of those in Texas. Jeremy Lennox,
vice president of Service King's South Texas market says, "Service
King is very excited and proud to be able to service the community
of Waco. This is a wonderful opportunity to add to our Texas footprint
and connect our Dallas/Fort Worth and South Texas markets through
our continued expansion along the I-35 corridor."

According to a statement released by Service King, Anderson originally
worked for Service King in 1987 until he left in 1990 to form his
own business. Once the acquisition is finalized, Anderson will again
work for Service King in the leadership team.
