to Increase Auto Glass Prices by 7.5 Percent, Effective August 1
Vitro America (formerly ACI Distribution) announced today that it will
increase the price on the auto glass parts it distributes by an average
of 7.5 percent, effective August 1.
"These increases are happening at both the manufacturing and wholesale
levels of our industry in reaction to dramatic increases in cost, especially
energy," Jim Gentry, director of ARG for Vitro America, told glassBYTEs.com/AGRR
magazine. "Current price levels are not sustainable in light of these
