Attorneys in Diamond Case File May Compensation Application

While the sale of Diamond Glass’s assets to Belron US may be complete, there is still more work to be done in the area of the former company’s bankruptcy case in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. This week, the attorneys for the company, Foley and Lardner, along with Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor LLP, filed their applications for compensation and reimbursement of expenses for the month of May.

Foley & Lardner is requesting a total of $291,700 in compensation, while Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor LLP has filed a request for $75,284 in compensation for their involvement in the case.

Expenses for reimbursement totaled $3,135.93 for Foley & Lardner, while Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor requests reimbursements totaling $12,814.18.

Hourly rates for individuals at Foley & Lardner involved in the case range from $650 per hour $90 per hour. Likewise, hourly rates for Conaway Stargatt & Taylor vary—from $480 per hour to $50 per hour.
