Auto Glass Week draws more than 1,000 attendees and features top industry players on the show floor each year. The event will be held in Tampa, Fla., at the Tampa Convention Center and the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina, September 18-20.
When asked if eDirectGlass had any advice for the 2013 repair and replacement competitors, Iorio answered that “it is important that these competitors remember that every move they make on the show floor will be closely watched by the industry as a whole. Their actions set the standard for the industry and at a time when quality and care are being called into question by third/first-party administrators and their insurance partners, it is critical they set the bar extremely high.”
