Dave Taylor, formerly of Cindy Rowe Auto Glass in Harrisburg, Pa., was honored by the National Windshield Repair Association, while William “Bill” Ives, long-time counsel for the Auto Glass Safety Council&trade, was honored by this organization in a special presentation on Wednesday.
