Speaker of the House John Boehner (Republican-Ohio) visited with Paul Gross, president and CEO of Insurance Claims Management, parent to HSG, at the HSG Springfield, Ohio, call center this week to recognize the company’s expansion.

Since opening its doors in 2010, the Springfield call center has grown from 10 to 200 employees. Officials plan to add an additional 100 employees over the next year.

“We are extremely honored to have this opportunity to meet with Speaker Boehner, give him a tour of our facilities and show him first-hand what we do each and every day to help our employees and customers succeed,” said Gross.

In addition to Gross, Boehner met with other members of HSG’s senior management team, as well as a number of local and community leaders.

He also spoke with a group of employees, discussing education, the economy, energy and local job growth, as well as retention.

“Opening a second location for our call center here in Springfield was a strategic decision that has proven to be fantastic,” said Mike Anderson, chief operating officer for HSG.
