An investment in its bus and coach glazing service has helped United Kingdom-based National Windscreens see a 30-percent rise in sales in the Southern and Western regions.
“In recent years we have significantly invested in specialist vans, equipment in recognition of the potential revenue that can be generated by offering this specialist service and our strategy is paying off,” says Martyn Bennett, regional sales and marketing director.
“We work closely with specialist glazing supplier, PSV and our colleagues in the Southwest operate a dedicated storage facility located in Bristol to ensure we can always access the most widely used bus and coach windscreens, as well as side windows and rear windscreens,” says Chris Robbens, general manager at National Windscreens’ Dartford specialist glazing center.
The company has a dedicated call answering team to handle bus and coach glazing inquiries and employs 30 glazing technicians who specialize in this area throughout the South.
