Seattle-based All-Star Glass Acquires Eastside Mobile Auto Glass

All-Star Glass has purchased the assets of Eastside Mobile Auto Glass in Issaquah, Wash., according to All-Star Glass general manager Tom Grim. The company will continue to operate under the Eastside Mobile Auto Glass brand.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“We are continuing the long tradition Dick Walker created more than 35 years ago of exceptional service and quality workmanship,” says Grim. “I am proud to be working with Dick through the transition and continuing with the great team he has assembled.”

“We have signed a lease extension and plan to operate under the current name for the foreseeable future,” he adds.

Locally owned and operated since 1979, Eastside serves Issaquah, Sammamish, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Redmond, North Bend, Snoqualmie, Fall City, Kirkland and Renton in Washington.
