ABRA Expands Glass Operations in North Carolina

ABRA Auto Body & Glass is acquiring Deals Auto Glass Service and Kimble Glass Services in Charlotte, N.C. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

“We’ve purchased two well-established and respected brands,” says Jim Richardson, ABRA’s vice president of automotive glass. “We’re excited to expand our glass operations in the Charlotte community and are committed to becoming the clear choice for auto glass repair and replacement to meet the growing needs of vehicle owners and our insurance partners.”

“We have recently established a track record of success in the Charlotte market and want to continue to evolve and grow in the region,” says Duane Rouse, ABRA’s president and CEO. “We have received tremendous support from the community and our insurance partners. Expanding our glass offerings allows us to become a trusted partner by showing customers firsthand the operational excellence and superior processes that make us an industry leader.”

The company has also purchased Raleigh Collision in Raleigh, N.C. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Our road map for growth in North Carolina is unfolding as planned,” says Rouse.

“My wife and I are completely confident our employees will flourish and our customers will continue to receive the highest quality repairs and superior service they’ve come to expect,” according to a statement from Joe and Susan Pelliccia, owners of Raleigh Collision.
