The deadline to reserve rooms for Auto Glass Week™ at the host hotel at a discounted rate is September 15. The Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel is offering a discounted rate of $149 USD per single/double plus tax. This discount room rate is available on a first-come, first-served basis and ends September 15.
“We urge everyone to reserve their hotel rooms now,” says Tricia Lopez, competition coordinator. “It is very likely that the Baltimore Orioles will be in the baseball playoffs and rooms will not be available at the last minute.”
Hotel reservations are available by calling 800/228-9290 and asking for the Auto Glass Week block, giving code AGWAGWA or making your reservation online.
Auto Glass Week™ 2014 is set to take place October 7-9 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Md. The event is sponsored by the Auto Glass Safety Council, Independent Glass Association, National Glass Association, National Windshield Repair Association and AGRR™ magazine.
Interested attendees also can still register online for a pre-registration discounted price until September 15. The pre-registration rate is $219 for a primary attendee and $179 for an additional employee/spouse, saving up to $60 versus registering onsite.
