Gerber Collision & Glass Opens Two New Repair Locations

The Boyd Group has opened two new collision repair locations, which will operate under the Gerber Collision & Glass name. They are located in Atlanta and Naples, Fla.

The location in Atlanta previously operated under the name Atlanta Import Collision Center and is approximately 22,800 square feet with 21,600 square feet of production space.

In Florida, the new location is in Naples, the principal city in the Naples-Marco Island metropolitan area. It previously operated under the name Eagle Automotive Auto Body Repairs and is approximately 6,000 square feet, with 5,500 square feet of production space.

“Both of these locations increase our capacity in densely populated areas and allow us to reach out to new customers and better assist our insurance partners,” says Tim O’Day, president and chief operating officer of the Boyd Group’s U.S. operations. “Together, these additions demonstrate that we are on track to achieve our growth target of 6 to 10 percent through single store-additions.”
