Glass Doctor of Cleveland owner, Matt Kelly, took home the Glass Doctor Franchisee of the Year Award at The Dwyer Group International Conference September 7-10 in Orlando, Fla.
The Franchisee of the Year Award is the highest honor than can be earned by a franchisee in the Glass Doctor network, according to officials. The winning franchise must show consistent growth through proper training and management of the organization, consistent high sales volume and quality customer service.
“I am honored to accept this award,” said Kelly. “I work with a team that is dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers.”

Kelly also received the Personal Achievement Award and the $4 Million Benchmark Award.
The Personal Achievement Award is presented annually to those individuals who attain outstanding achievement in sales, manpower growth, franchise development or personal growth during the year.
The $4 Million Benchmark Award is a prestigious award presented to franchisees as they pass higher annual retail sales levels.
