Glass Doctor has added Mike Gai to its corporate staff as vice president. Due to the company’s growth, the creation of a second vice president position was needed and Gai will rejoin Glass Doctor to fill that role, according to officials.
“Mike is coming home!” says Mark Liston, Glass Doctor’s president. “He was our vice president of operations before being selected to head up The Dwyer Group’s national sales effort a couple of years ago. As we are growing, it became evident that we needed two VPs—one that would focus on our franchisees current operational needs, which I call ‘blocking and tackling’ and one to guide us to a variety of future opportunities. I always wanted to get Mike back in that ‘blocking and tackling’ role. He is the ideal candidate.”
Gai started with Glass Doctor as a successful franchisee in Seattle before selling his franchise in 2010 and joining the Glass Doctor corporate staff in Waco, Texas, heading up the national sales efforts.
Brad Voreis, who has been vice president of operations for Glass Doctor for the past two years, will continue in a vice president role, but will focus on future opportunities for the company.
“Brad has done a great job for us. He has an innate ability to see opportunities on the Internet, using a variety of marketing ideas and looking at other innovative and technological ideas we can be using,” said Liston. “He and Mike are great friends and will do a fantastic job of supporting our franchisees today and into the future.”
“I am passionate about working with our franchise consultant team and Glass Doctor Franchisees to focus on maximizing the proven Glass Doctor System to substantially improve their service to customers and the performance of their business, both qualitative and quantitative,” states Gai.
Congratulations!
