Sika Industry and Region NA Automotive Names New Product Engineers

Sika Industry and Region NA Automotive has appointed Ronald Beaudrie and Zachary Barnhart as product engineers. They will report to Jeff Woodford, technical services manager.

Prior to joining Sika, Beaudrie completed an internship with EFTEC and in May 2014 and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit, Mich. While completing his final year at Wayne State, Beaudrie served as president of Wayne State’s American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) student chapter.

In his new role with Sika, Beaudrie will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests with Sika’s Automotive and Industry bulk adhesives and sealants.

Before joining Sika, Barnhart worked as a chemical site technician for ChemicoMays LLC, where he supported the sales of nonproduction chemicals to the Chrysler Jefferson North Assembly Plant in Detroit, Mich. Barnhart earned his Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Mich. While earning his degree, Barnhart completed internships with Chrysler Group LLC in Sterling Heights, Mich., and The Andersons in Denison, Iowa.

In his new role with Sika Barnhart will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests with Sika’s Automotive and Industry bulk adhesives and sealants.
