Safelite AutoGlass President and CEO Earns Two Leadership Awards

In October, Tom Feeney, Safelite AutoGlass’ president and CEO, earned two special recognitions from the central Ohio business community.

Feeney was selected as an honoree in Business First of Columbus’ inaugural C-Suite Awards program. The C-Suite Awards recognize central Ohio’s top executives for their contribution and commitment to the community and their outstanding professional performance.

Feeney was also honored in the Smart 50 Awards, which recognizes the top executives of the 50 smartest companies in central Ohio for their ability to effectively build and lead successful organizations, according to officials. These awards are sponsored by Smart Business Network and the Columbus Chamber of Commerce. Feeney and other winners were featured in the October issue of Smart Business Magazine.

“I am humbled by recognition like this, but it’s our associates that deserve the applause,” says Feeney. “I am proud of the way our associates have embraced our People Powered, Customer Driven journey. Creating this kind of culture is not something senior leaders can do alone; it takes all associates working together to bring it to life. For that, I thank each of you for making our company an example of a successful business.”

    I booked appointment with you guys and was all but what your commercial says
    I did not get an email who the installer is going to be
    2. I had to call three times to try to talk to him eventually call he me back three hours later and I told him I needed it before 3 o’clock it was appointment from noon to five
    3. Then he eventually showed up at 4:30-4:45 and then the rain came so we could even do it
    4. Then instead of trying to fit me in the next day Safelite want me to drive my vehicle down to the shop or I had to wait another week
    5. Then the next day three different people called me and had no sense of feelings of what happened they just want to reschedule my appointment
    6. Your commercials perception is it’s easy work with Safelite and everything is A-OK. So I’ll give you an A on marketing and I give you a D- on falling through with service

    PS BTW the last person to call me was more concerned about just take me off the books then trying to make things right
