JN Phillips Acquires Connecticut Automotive Glass Company

JN Phillips has acquired the assets of Connecticut-based Auto Glass of New England, according to Maureen Confalone, JN Phillips’ chief financial officer. The company is now known as Auto Glass of New England, a part of JN Phillips company.

The AGRR company has three locations in Naugatuck, Danbury and Stratford, Connecticut, according to its website.

“We are very pleased that all the employees are staying and have joined the JN Phillips team. This allows us to better serve agents and customers in Fairfield County in Connecticut and the Hudson Valley in New York,” says Confalone.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company’s former owner, Andre Santamaria, had not yet responded to our request for comment at press time.
