ABRA Expands into Northeast

ABRA Auto Body & Glass has acquired 12 Keenan Auto Body locations in Pennsylvania and Delaware, in addition to Indy Collision Center’s Fishers, Ind., location.

With the acquisition of the Keenan Auto Body location, the company is moving into the Northeast region.

“We are carefully considering our approach as we enter new markets, especially one as sizeable as Philadelphia,” says Duane Rouse, ABRA president and CEO, referring to the Keenan purchase. “The purchase of a brand with such well-established history and strength as Keenan, creates exciting opportunities for us as we seek to establish and further develop ABRA’s presence in the region.

FOCUS Investment Banking LLC acted as advisor to Keenan on the transaction. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

As for the Indiana purchase, Rouse says, “Our business partners and customers in Indianapolis have provided us with tremendous support over the past few years. Indy Collision Center is a wonderful facility and we look forward to servicing new and existing insurance partners and vehicle owners in this latest ABRA location.”
