Nationwide Windscreen Services Opens Its First ADAS Calibration Center

United Kingdom-based Nationwide Windscreen Services (NWS) has opened an AGRR branch and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) calibration center in Leicester, U.K.

The company is planning to offer this service through future regional sites throughout the U.K.

The Leicester center will have several trained technicians to carry out the testing and calibration of vehicle sensors and cameras.

The new 4,500-square-foot unit in Leicester will accommodate more than 17 staff and mobile technicians.

“The windscreen of the future will no longer be a piece of glass protecting occupants from the elements and offering structural support for the vehicle, safety systems are being developed with driver aids to help avoid collisions and accidents,” says Stuart Sole, managing director of NWS.
