This session will explore the developments in Minnesota, Connecticut and other locations that have wider implications for businesses. This update will be followed by an overview of the growing practice of third-party inspections of repairs and replacements. Learn what triggers an inspection, what’s involved, what inspectors are looking for and the advantages and disadvantages of them for the automotive glass professional.
