A discovery hearing to conduct depositions will be held December 7 to 11, 2015 at the Wayne Lyman Morse U.S. Courthouse in Eugene, Ore., in the GlasWeld-Boyle case, according to court records.
“The parties are responsible for providing their own court reporter or video recording equipment and any other resources necessary to complete the depositions,” writes magistrate judge Thomas M. Coffin, who is overseeing the hearing.
GlasWeld filed an alleged patent infringement lawsuit against Mike Boyle, doing business as Surface Dynamix, in 2012. Mike Boyle’s son, Christopher, was later added as a defendant in the case.
