NAGS Releases New Calculator with Modest Price Changes

Mitchell’s National Auto Glass Specifications Inc. (NAGS) has released its Fall International Benchmark Calculator which shows very modest changes in pricing.

glassbyes.com™/AGRR™ magazine picked 10 of the most popular parts and compared the new pricing to pricing in the May 2014 Calculator. The average price change is $3.61 per part, an increase of 1.7 percent, although certain parts did show a larger increase and some declined:

The DW01658GBYN showed the largest decline, down 0.9 percent or $1.90. The windshield fits a variety of models from the Cadillac Escalade to the Chevy Avalanche and GMC Sierra.

The popular Chevy Express part (DW01265GBNN) was up $13.00 or 5.2 percent. This part was closely followed by the Ford F-150 part (DW01256GBNN) that was up $12.65 or 5.1 percent.
