State Farm Reports No Change to Pricing or Offer for Automotive Glass Companies

Fotolia_295516_LNoting there has been no change, Dave Phillips, a State Farm spokesperson, says, “We manage our offer to the glass industry to meet our customer’s needs.”

This is in response to comments circulating in the industry that the insurer has changed the amount of its “offer” in its offer and acceptance program.

Rates are same as they have been for years, says Mike Delaney, president of Patriot Auto Glass in Ashburn, Va.

Also, Patrick McKernan, president of American Mobile Glass of N.J., has not witnessed a change in State Farm’s offer.

“We do a lot of State Farm work,” he says. “I have not seen any differences in our agreed upon pricing come over as of yet.”

“There has been no change in our process,” says Phillips.
