SIKA has announced several promotions and personnel changes, including a new territory sales manager that previously worked at Mygrant Glass.
Butch Paula is appointed as territory sales manager, aftermarket, reporting to Francis Boyle, West region sales manager. Prior to joining SIKA, Paula held the position of sales manager for 18 years with Mygrant Glass. Paula will be responsible for managing the Northern California, Northen Nevada and Utah territories.
Ron Combs is promoted to regional sales manager—central region aftermarket, effective January 1, 2016, reporting to Marius Mavrodin, vice president, Aftermarket. Combs joined SIKA in April 1997 as a marketing administrator, working within the Target Market Industry’s marketing group. In his most recent assignment, Combs had key account management and sales responsibilities for a multi-state territory.
Helmut Doyen is promoted to sales director—Original Equipment Suppliers (OES), reporting to Jason Whitman, vice president of sales, Automotive. Doyen joined SIKA in July 2000 as a part of the Tivoli Klebstoffe GmbH acquisition. In 2002 Doyen was transferred to the United States, and for the past 13 years, led the Automotive OES group to significant growth, according to officials. In his new role, Doyen will continue to grow the OES product and customer group, with plans for local production in 2016.
Melanie Jaroch will be promoted to market field coordinator, transportation/A&C, effective January 1, 2016, reporting to Russ Livermore, vice president marketing, industry. Jaroch joined SIKA as a marketing project coordinator in June 201, after completing a summer internship with SIKA. In this role she has supported tradeshows, marketing communication tools development, social media and most recently the re-launch of the Marine leisure and commercial marketing programs. Jaroch will now be responsible for marketing related efforts, product management and successful product commercialization efforts servicing several transportation/A&C segments.
