Tricia Lopez, a member of the meetings and conferences department and the competition coordinator for Auto Glass Week™ and the International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™, has been recognized by the magazine’s parent company, Key Communications Inc., through its presentation of its Award for Extraordinary Service 2015. This “Employee of the Year” award is presented annually and was named after vice president for media services Holly X. Biller, who has been with Key Communications for 20 years and serves as the model of exemplary service.
Lopez was presented the award on December 19 at the company’s annual Christmas party by president Debra Levy.
“Tricia is the 2015 recipient of this award for a multitude of reasons,” says Levy. “Her work on Auto Glass Week™ and the International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™ has propelled the events forward and given all competitors and supporters the high caliber events they deserve. Her ability to multi-task all while remaining incredibly organized and positive has truly elevated the process.”
“I was so surprised to receive this award, as so many in our company are worthy and great employees,” says Lopez. “I appreciate it so much. Each and every day I am inspired by the award’s namesake and will continue to strive to live up to what it stands for.”
