Renee Cacchillo, Safelite Group senior vice president of customer, brand and technology has been named a “2015 Customer Champion” by 1to1 Media.
Each year, 1to1 Media recognizes 15 professionals “who understand that engaged customers make a positive bottom-line impact,” according to Safelite.

Cacchillo, who is responsible for the customer experience for both Safelite AutoGlass and Safelite Solutions, was recognized for “leading a cross-functional team in envisioning the customer of the future,” according to Safelite.
