Mitchell’s GlassMate experienced technical difficulties yesterday, however the situation has been “fixed,” according to a customer service representative. The system should now be back up and running.
GlassMate is a point-of-sale system for the automotive glass industry that provides quick look-ups, parts information, quote functions, work orders, customer and vendor invoicing capabilities as well as VIN decoding. It also includes access to the National Auto Glass Specifications (NAGS) information.

According to the customer service representative the technical issue has now been fixed and glass shops should again be able to access the service without issue.
