The Novus Super Session was held last week in Jekyll Island, Ga., with an action-packed agenda for franchisees. Topics covers phone etiquette, insurance jobs, certification and plenty of networking opportunities. Approximately 500 attended the bi-annual meeting.
“The theme of this year’s Super Session is ‘Breaking Barriers, Creating Opportunities,” wrote Keith Beveridge, Novus senior vice president in a welcoming letter. “Since Tucson, Ariz., in 2014, we have broken through a number of barriers, both real and perceived, that have been holding us back.”
Topics included: marketing tips; ways to win more insurance and fleet jobs; advanced windshield repair and replacement training; insight into the future of glass technology; and new technology coming down the pipeline.
Along with the plethora of speakers, franchisees had an opportunity to mingle during special dinners, lunches and an “Evening on the Pier” event.
One of the best Super Session as a owner I have ever had. Hospitality was great and the location.
