ABRA Auto Body & Glass Purchases Four Sons’ Automotive Glass Division

Fotolia_40612719_MABRA Auto Body & Glass has acquired Four Sons Auto Glass, the AGRR division of Gap, Pa.-based Four Sons Glass & Mirror. The purchase will allow ABRA to expand its automotive glass operations in Philadelphia, Pa., according to a statement released by the company.

Four Sons Auto Glass is primarily a mobile-based operation. ABRA will use its Keenan Auto Body locations in and around Philadelphia for in-shop work.

The company will operate as Four Sons Auto Glass, an ABRA company. The AGRR technicians will transition over with the acquisition. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
