TechnaGlass, a regional leader in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry, today announced the acquisition of The Glass Shoppe in Roosevelt, Utah.

TechnaGlass provides AGRR services at 40 retail locations in ten states. It has serviced more than 2 million customers since its inception more than 25 years ago.

Since 1999, The Glass Shoppe has provided AGRR services to retail consumers, as well as a diverse commercial-account base including auto dealerships, municipalities and fleet service companies in Eastern Utah.

The business will be rebranded to TechnaGlass and all employees will be retained.

“I am confident TechnaGlass will continue to provide our customers with the highest level of service and provide a home for our employees, which is the most important factor for me,” says Craig Phillips, former owner of The Glass Shoppe.

Troy Mason, CEO and founder of TechnaGlass, adds: “We are excited to be expanding our TechnaGlass brand to Eastern Utah and look forward to serving the loyal customers and commercial accounts of The Glass Shoppe while making operational investments to grow and expand in this market.”
