Oklahoma-based Collision Works has acquired three locations previously owned by Auto Masters, a multi-shop repair organization in Kansas. The deal includes an automotive glass company and a towing service.
This transaction represents Collision Works’ initial platform acquisition into the Kansas market, according to a company statement. The three locations serve the Greater Wichita Metro Area of Kansas, including the northwest location near Wichita State University; the downtown location, serving the heart of Wichita; and the Derby location, serving the Southern Wichita Metro market. The acquisition also includes a service center associated with the northwest location.
“The acquisition of the three Auto Masters locations is an important step in executing our strategic plan by expanding into adjacent markets to better serve our insurance partners and consumers,” says Jake Nossaman, Collision Works’ CEO.
