Starting out as a trainee technician back in 1996, Tony has 20 years’ experience in the U.K. automotive glazing sector. He quickly progressed from technician to field support worker, before becoming a regional training officer and then technical development officer at the business’ headquarters in Derbyshire, U.K. In 2014, he was appointed to the position of technical and innovation manager. Tony is responsible for all the company’s industry-leading training programs and ensures that the latest marketplace products and best practices are utilized and embraced. In his role, he supports Auto Windscreens’ overall growth and customer service excellence strategies.
