About the Speaker
Gina Jonas is the president of Gina Jonas and Associates, Inc., a company dedicated to promoting brilliance in business through open and honest communication and committed teamwork. She empowers individuals to discover their thinking and behavioral preferences and use them to improve their agreement gaining skills, make better presentations, improve meetings and communicate more successfully. Gina has trained more than 20,000 people in the U.S., Canada and Europe during her 23 year career. Gina also works full time with Caliber Collision as manager of Business Culture and Team Engagement. In this role she travels to Caliber shops and conducts training in leadership, team building, communication and other areas. She trains everyone from senior leadership to the final detailers who clean a customer’s car right before pick up. Her additional clients are as diverse as the United States Army, La-Z-Boy Furniture and Carl’s, Jr., restaurants. She is the proud mother of an amazing son and lives in Newport Beach, Ca. with her husband.
