Thursday, October 6 | 9:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. | The Auto Glass-TPA Relationship–Can This Marriage be Saved?
It often feels that the auto glass company-third party administrator (TPA) relationship is one of a marriage gone bad, with both sides staying together for the sake of their mutual customer. Each has real pain points, and is sure the other doesn’t understand or care about them. You’ll learn from a speaker who has seen the business from all sides and who offers a unique perspective on what each party is doing right—and wrong.
Speaker: Wayne Sharrah, president and CEO of Insurance Claims Management (ICM), the privately-held parent company for HSG and CodeBlue. Sharrah is also the former chief claims officer of Esurance.
Sharrah is just one of the many speakers and seminars you could learn from at this year’s event.
