Brightside Group has signed a new three-year contract with United Kingdom-based National Windscreens. Through the contract, National Windscreens will serve as the preferred provider for glass claims for Brightside Group.
National Windscreens will manage the process, including first notice of loss and third party claims administration, says Mark Cliff, Brightside executive chairman.
He adds: “More vehicles have technology built into the glass, such as cameras which operate advance driver assistance systems (ADAS). Factory conditions are needed to replace them, including flat floors and laser positioning, so we signed the contract extension with one eye very much on the future.”
Martyn Bennett, regional director for National Windscreens, notes: “We are delighted to extend our agreement with Brightside for another three years. The agreement is mutually beneficial but is primarily founded on top quality customer service. We look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with Brightside.”
