About the Speakers

David Leach is the chief operating officer for Don’s Mobile Glass/Wardrobe and Bath Specialties. Don’s Mobile Glass/Wardrobe and Bath Specialties is a full service glass retailer with locations throughout the San Joaquin central valley in California. He spent 22 years with Kryger Glass in Kansas City, followed by 10 years with Belron (and later Safelite) as Regional VP, where he won both the ‘Hall of Fame’ and ‘Belron Exceptional Customer Service’ (BECSA/global) awards. During his career, he has been active in numerous trade groups, including a board position with the Chicago Group and the leadership team for PPG Prostars. He attended Creighton University and is a graduate of the Stephen Covey “Principal Centered Leadership” and “7 Habits” courses.

Troy Mason is the founder and owner of TechnaGlass, a multi-state automotive glass chain based in Salt Lake City with locations in nine states. Troy developed TechnaGlass from a single location start up to a 61 location chain in the West, Kentucky, Ohio and Louisiana. Troy is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and also attended the University of Utah. His company is well known for its commitment to employee education and training as well as having fun. Troy is also a member of the Board of Directors of both the National Windshield Repair Association™ and the Auto Glass Safety Council™.
