Energi Inc. announced December 6 the launch of the eGlass Program, which will be administered by Safelite Solutions, according to an Energi press release.
“A vehicle’s windshield and other glass play a critical role in keeping the occupants safe and secure. When the glass breaks, the experience can often be stressful and unpleasant,” said Robert Woods, senior vice president of Energi Claims Management. “The eGlass Program was designed off of this premise to bring a positive experience by quickly and conveniently allowing glass damage to be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.”
All affected policyholders and brokers were formally notified about the new program December 6, said Bridget Shine, assistant vice president of Claim Operations & National Accounts for Energi.
Energi policyholders are automatically enrolled in the program, which is provided at no cost to the policyholder.

The eGlass Program will be available to Energi policyholders in the United States and Canada.
